  • ShadesofMocha.Com offers several options for delivery within the United States. You may choose one of the following carriers: USPS, UPS or FedEx. Note: tracking numbers are only available from UPS and FedEx delivered packages. We also ship to most international destinations. Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery regulations in your country. Not all shipping methods may be available. Shipping prices will be finalized when you proceed through the checkout process. Additional fees such as taxes, duty or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from UPS and your local customs department. An email notification will be sent if any restrictions apply to your shipment that are not within the norm. Items in stock will be processed within 3 business days. When we can’t, we’ll let you know. Express orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed within 2 business days. To determine the estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, if an item is processed in 3 business days and is shipped using Standard shipping (1-5 days) it will arrive in 3 – 7 business days. Business Days: “Business Days” refers to Monday – Fridays. We DO NOT ship or deliver on holidays or weekends. If your order fits all shipping criteria, then it will ship on time. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shades of Mocha reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. No charges apply for the shipment of your replacement item(s). Complete the Return Form enclosed with your shipment. Indicate the number of items you are exchanging and the reason. You may supply additional comments regarding your exchange in the “comments section” of the Return Form. Return merchandise in its original packaging via a traceable carrier.
